Sharp & Carter is partnering with a leading healthcare provider to appoint an Urgent Care Manager in Wollongong. This full‑time permanent role blends 75% clinical work with 25% leadership, enabling hands‑on patient care while driving team performance and service excellence.

The successful candidate will lead daily clinic operations, develop the team, and collaborate with clinicians, nurses, practice staff, hospitals, GPs and community stakeholders to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
