SAL Consulting is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our senior practitioner team in the Northern Territory, based in Darwin.

This is more than a clinical role. Alongside a diverse and rewarding caseload, you'll contribute to the growth of our Speech Pathology discipline, mentor emerging clinicians, and help strengthen our national practice.

From communication and language interventions to complex disability, autism, dysphagia, trauma-informed practice, early intervention and forensic work, Speech Pathologists at SAL have opportunities to work across an unusually broad range of practice areas while being supported to develop their own areas of interest.

You'll combine direct clinical work with mentoring and discipline development activities.

Your Work Will Include

- Delivering high-quality Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, school and telehealth settings
- Providing assessment, intervention and consultation services to people with diverse and often complex needs
- Supporting individuals, families, carers and support teams to achieve meaningful outcomes
