Product Manager - Asset Finance | Permanent Opportunity

About the Role

My client, a well-established financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to play a key role in delivering product, process and technology initiatives across their Asset Finance business.

Working across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance, you'll be responsible for driving business improvements, increasing automation, enhancing customer and partner experiences, and supporting the successful delivery of strategic change initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst or Product Delivery professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of business and technology while influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to identify business challenges and opportunities.
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and process maps.
- Conduct impact assessments and contribute to solution design activities.
- Coordinate delivery across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance teams.
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, actions and implementation schedules.
- Facilitate stakeholder forums, workshops and working groups.
- Support testing, UAT, implementation and business readiness activities.
- Identify and deliver process improvement, simplification and automation opportunities.




- Develop future-state processes and scalable operating models.
- Maintain product governance documentation and support change assessments.
- Track delivery progress and provide clear reporting on status, risks and key decisions.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years' experience across Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Process Improvement or Project Coordination.
- Demonstrated experience within Financial Services.
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping capability.
- Experience working closely with Technology teams and delivery squads.
- Proven ability to manage and influence a diverse stakeholder group.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Highly Regarded

- Asset Finance experience.
- Product Management or Product Delivery experience.
- Agile or hybrid delivery experience.
- Process automation and digital workflow experience.
- Experience supporting governance, regulatory or compliance-driven change initiatives.
