Clinical Operations Manager (Veterinary)
Clinical Operations Manager (Veterinary)
Are you an experienced veterinary nurse with demonstrated leadership experience, ready to step into a dedicated management role and take ownership of the day-to-day clinical operations of a busy veterinary hospital?
Would you thrive in a role where you coordinate the clinical day, lead the nursing and kennel teams, keep cases and procedures moving, and ensure the hospital runs smoothly from the first huddle through to the final handover?
This is not a nursing position. It is a hands‑on managerial role overseeing the clinical side of the business and working closely with the Practice Manager, Lead Veterinarian, Lead Receptionist and veterinary team.
Located at the foothills of the beautiful Blue Mountains, North Richmond offers the perfect balance of relaxed semi‑rural living with easy access to everything Sydney has to offer. Surrounded by open spaces, national parks and the Hawkesbury River, it is a fantastic place for anyone who enjoys the outdoors, while still being within reach of shops, cafes, schools and major amenities.
Why should I choose this role?
This veterinary hospital is a proudly independent, locally owned practice. Working from a modern, purpose‑built hospital with advanced diagnostic and surgical facilities, the team sees a wonderfully varied caseload from much‑loved dogs and cats through to exotics and wildlife. With an experienced team, a strong focus on quality patient care and plenty of opportunity to learn and develop, this is a workplace where you can make a genuine difference.
