What we need from you:

- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Strong hands‑on experience with MES implementation, configuration, customisation, integration or application support .
- DELMIA Apriso experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk or Siemens Opcenter will also be considered.
- Robust understanding of manufacturing processes, production operations and industrial shop‑floor environments .
- Experience with Discrete Manufacturing, Quality Management, Material Management, Traceability/Genealogy, Work Order Management and Production Scheduling .
- Understanding of manufacturing systems architecture and system integration concepts.
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.

The team delivers end‑to‑end MES implementations , covering business process assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment and ongoing support.

What you'll do:

- Work as part of the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) Delivery team on complex manufacturing projects.
- Design, configure, customize, integrate and support MES solutions.
- Translate business and manufacturing requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Support MES implementation activities across the full software delivery lifecycle.
- Work with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain integrations between MES and other enterprise/manufacturing systems.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution and production support.
- Contribute to solution design and manufacturing systems architecture.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to team members and clients.
