RSL LifeCare is seeking a Clinical Care Manager for our Port Macquarie aged care home to lead clinical care for 80 residents and supervise nursing and care teams. You will drive the clinical governance framework and contribute to the ongoing quality improvement cycle.

The role requires a current AHPRA registration, 5+ years clinical experience, and a robust person-centred approach. You will promote staff development, partner with the Facility Manager on cost-management, and uphold regulatory
