In the role ofSecurity Analyst you willreport into the Security Manager for Ubank. and be a part in protecting the organisation's information assets, systems, and services through proactive security monitoring, threat detection, incident investigation, and security operations support.

You’llmake an impact each day by:

- Incident response : Monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across Ubank's security platforms. Participate in security incident response activities.
- Non-Technical Skills : Thrive under pressure, work effectively in a CSOC/CIRT, and leverage your analytical, communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
- On Call : required to participate in a 24x7 on-call roster to support the detection, investigation, escalation, and response of cyber security incidents.
- Detection and mitigation: Conduct threat analysis and incident investigations using Microsoft Defender XDR, CrowdStrike Falcon, Zscaler, and associated security technologies.
- Common cloud platforms/technologies : Support the ongoing operation, monitoring, administration, and optimisation of Ubank's security platforms, including Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, CrowdStrike Falcon, Qualys,



Microsoft Azure security services, Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
- Operational usage : Perform BAU administration and security monitoring within Microsoft Entra ID, including identity-related investigations, privileged access monitoring, access governance, and support for Zero Trust security initiatives

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

- Experience in Cyber Security operations in a complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience monitoring and rapid response to cybersecurity threats
- Ability to work on call on a rotating roster.
- Experience in reducing vulnerability exposure
- Strong operational support of Microsoft Defender, Purview, Entra ID, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Qualys, and cloud security services
- Highly motivated with a desire to be part of a team and perform at a high level
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
