What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- As Operations Manager, you’ll have operational responsibility for the Berrimah NT Operation.
- Leading the team across general freight and contract logistics operations.
- Driving a culture where "Everybody Safe Every Day" is embedded in everything we do.




- Managing fleet performance, scheduling, utilisation and operational efficiency.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while strengthening long-term client relationships.
- Leading financial performance, budgets, KPIs and profitability.
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, service delivery and business performance.
- Ensuring compliance with all Safety legislation, Chain of Responsibility, fatigue management and company standards.
- Recruiting, coaching and developing talented operational teams.
- Leading incident investigations, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

You’re an experienced transport or logistics leader who enjoys balancing operational excellence with people leadership.

- Significant leadership experience within transport, logistics and man management.
- Proven success leading large operational teams in fast-paced environments.
- A genuine passion for safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing fleet operations and transport scheduling.
- The ability to make sound decisions under pressure while maintaining exceptional customer outcomes.
- Experience within transport will be highly regarded, however experienced transport leaders from broader logistics environments are encouraged to apply.
