St Vincent's Public Hospital, Sydney, is seeking a Specialist Pharmacist for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) on a max term part‑time contract (20 hours per week until Sept 2027). The role covers inpatient and ambulatory care within Gastroenterology, offering education, MDT participation, and a pharmacist‑led clinic.
You will provide expert pharmaceutical care, manage immunosuppressants and biologics, and contribute to protocol development and patient counselling.
