This role works at the intersection of central Finance and Homes NSW executives, providing trusted financial advice, insightful analysis and strategic oversight to help Divisions achieve their priorities while maintaining strong financial governance and accountability.

Key responsibilities

- What you’ll do The role provides trusted financial advice and strategic support to Divisional executives, helping them understand financial performance, manage risks and opportunities, and make informed decisions aligned with Homes NSW priorities.
- The role also supports business cases and new initiatives through financial analysis, costing and funding advice, ensuring decisions align with government requirements, financial policies and strong governance.
- A key part of the role is building trusted relationships across Divisions, central Finance and other stakeholders to ensure finance is embedded in business decision-making.
- You will bring high skilled standards,



solid strategic and commercial thinking, and a willingness to challenge the status quo and identify better ways of working.

What you need
