You will provide leadership, coaching and clinical oversight, ensuring high-quality, client-centred case management and effective risk management practices.
Key responsibilities
- In this influential role, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team of case managers supporting people on bail who present with multiple and complex needs.
- As a trusted leader, you will make critical decisions regarding client risk, service delivery and resource allocation, while maintaining fiscal responsibility and supporting positive outcomes for clients, the court and the broader community.
- You will also work collaboratively across programs, contributing to the delivery of Family Violence, Koori Court and other initiatives as required, and provide support to teams across locations when needed.
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of CISP and ARC programs.
What you need
- A relevant tertiary qualification (minimum Diploma level highly desirable) in social work, psychology, occupational therapy, case management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience supporting clients with multiple and complex needs, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: mental health, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), family violence, or homelessness.
- Robust case management and clinical risk assessment skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in complex environments.
