This role will provide support and guidance to highly skilled and experienced case management and CAPS practitioners on mitigating risk through evidence-based practices.

Key responsibilities

- As the Manager Court Practice, you will be responsible for overseeing operations at one or more community correctional services locations and has direct supervision and oversight of Advanced Practitioners and Supervisors of court assessment and prosecutions services (CAPS).
- This role will support case management practitioners to strengthen existing transitional practices to improve outcomes for complex and high-risk offenders who are subject to a Community Correction Order.




- This role will also contribute to the development of partnerships with local community services, including Courts and local Police.
- You will be required to participate in the “on call” after hours Duty Director system as rostered.

What you need

- extensive case management experience with complex and high-risk clients.
- experience in managing teams and resources ensuring smooth delivery of services.
- A relevant qualification in social work, human services or criminal justice discipline, with work experience in a similar field is also desirable.
