Bupa is seeking a Change and Communications Manager for the ADF Workforce Management program in Melbourne. You will lead change strategies, engage stakeholders and deliver communications for a major system implementation, reporting to the Senior Program Manager.

The role focuses on driving adoption, building capability, and informing leadership with explicit metrics while coordinating with project teams across multiple workstreams. A security clearance and Australian citizenship are required.
