Its Digital and Technology Services team runs a broad portfolio of enterprise applications, on premises and in the cloud, with a strong focus on service quality and continuous improvement.

About the role:

Reporting to the Application Operations Lead, you will keep core business systems reliable, secure and improving during a period of leave. You will own complex incidents, work with vendors and managed service providers on upgrades and fixes, and leave behind clear documentation and a well‑supported user base.

Duties:

- Administer and support ERP, CRM, payroll, HR and integrated systems
- Resolve production incidents and lead root cause analysis
- Manage vendors and service providers through upgrades and fixes




- Maintain user access, licences, certificates and SSO/MFA
- Document the knowledge base and train end users

Skills and experience:

- Senior application support and administration of core business systems
- Strong SQL on Oracle and MS SQL Server
- ITIL incident, problem and change management in practice
- PowerShell or Python scripting; integration troubleshooting
- TechnologyOne, Oracle CRM or local government exposure highly regarded
