Secondary Head of Mathematics (SC )

Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Greater Sydney) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary Head of Mathematics to join the team at Wahroonga Adventist School.

This full time teaching and leadership position commences in Term 1, 2027. The successful applicant will have the ability to teach Advanced and Extension Mathematics and lead a faculty committed to academic excellence, innovation and continuous improvement. Leadership experience is desirable, however experienced Mathematics teachers are encouraged to apply.

Application Requirements

hold an approved teaching qualification

be currently registered with NESA, or eligible for registration

hold a current NSW Working with Children Check

demonstrate the capacity to teach Advanced and Extension Mathematics

support the Christian ethos and values of the school.

It is preferable that applicants be a baptised and practising member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, or a practising Christian supportive of the school's Seventh-day Adventist identity.
