We are seeking an exceptional Leader of Learning Diversity to provide strategic leadership across inclusive education, intervention, extension and evidence-informed practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about advocacy, believes in the potential of every learner, and understands that the right programs and teaching approaches can accelerate growth and help close attainment gaps. Working within the Simonds Learning Model , the successful applicant will champion practices that enable students to become increasingly independent, self-regulated learners.

The Leader of Learning Diversity will lead and strengthen the College's commitment to:

- Inclusive, high challenge and high support learning environments.
- Data informed practice and evidence-based decision making.
- Intervention and enrichment within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
- Student growth and the acceleration of learning.
- Stretch and challenge opportunities for gifted and high-potential learners.
- Learner agency through the intentional fading of scaffolds and supports.
- Building teacher capability in adaptive and responsive teaching.
- Strategic and compliant Learning Diversity practices.

About You

You are an educator and leader who:

- Has a passion for advocacy and a commitment to ensuring every studentexperiencesgrowth.
- Believes that all learners can succeed when provided with the right support and challenge.
- Understands the importance of data informed practice and evidence-based intervention.




- Has experience coordinating Student Support Groups and working collaboratively with families and external professionals.
- Possessessound knowledge of NCCD processes and reasonable adjustments.
- Is committed to building teacher capability and collective efficacy.
- Understands that effective support should build independence rather than dependency.
- Brings excellent leadership,communicationand organisational skills.
