In this role, you will manage and deliver complex projects that support NSW Health's strategic priorities and government objectives.
Key responsibilities
- As part of the Connected Care Team, you'll contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen integrated, patient-centred care and improve health outcomes for communities across the state.
- Drawing on your project management, analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement expertise, you will help develop evidence-based advice and recommendations for senior leaders, supporting informed decision-making and the successful implementation of key reform initiatives.
- Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of complex strategic reform initiatives that support the delivery and scale-up of virtual care, the Virtual Hospitals Strategy and care-in-the-community models across NSW, improving patien.
What you need
- Lead the development,
implementation and evaluation of complex strategic reform initiatives that support the delivery and scale-up of virtual care, the Virtual Hospitals Strategy and care-in-the-community models across NSW, improving patient outcomes, reducing avoidable hospital utilisation and digitally enabling integrated, person-centred care.
- Provide high-level strategic and policy advice to senior executives and key stakeholders on emerging issues, risks, opportunities and priorities impacting Connected Care reforms and broader system transformation.
- Oversee the planning, governance and delivery of priority reform programs, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and aligned with government and organisational priorities.
