COWYN Building Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our expanding Central Coast team.

With a solid pipeline of projects across the region, this is an opportunity to take ownership of quality construction projects while working with an established, family owned builder with a strong reputation for delivery.

The role will suit an experienced Site Manager who is confident managing subcontractors, programme, safety, quality and day-to-day site operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing all site-based construction activities
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintaining programme and project milestones
- Managing WHS, quality and site compliance
- Liaising with Project Managers, Contract Administrators,



consultants and clients
- Maintaining a professional, well-organised and productive site environment

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, solid commercial construction experience and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
