Location: Marsden Park (hybrid/versatile working arrangements considered) - this role may be required to travel to different RFS facilities.

Key responsibilities

- You will lead strategic partnerships with industry and internal stakeholders, delivering innovative, sustainable and fit-for-purpose fleet solutions that respond to changing operational needs.
- This role plays a pivotal part in end-to-end responsibility for the fleet lifecycle including capability planning, acquisition and complex build programs through to maintenance, enhancement and disposal.
- To thrive in this role, you will have: Seeking a strategic and commercially strong leader with experience managing complex asset lifecycles, contracts and delivery programs.
- You will bring strong operational and stakeholder management skills,



with the ability to translate evolving capability requirements into practical fleet solutions.
