The role champions contemporary, evidence-informed approaches, strengthens workforce capability and supports the delivery of high-quality psychological care for individuals with severe personality disorders within forensic mental health settings.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and deliver specialist clinical education, consultation and workforce development initiatives relating to personality disorder and forensic mental health.
- Provide expert advice to clinical and program leaders, contributing to strategic planning, service development and evaluation activities.
- Build capability across multidisciplinary teams through supervision, consultation and implementation of best-practice frameworks.
- Contribute to research,



innovation and the translation of contemporary evidence into clinical practice.

What you need

- You are a highly experienced and respected psychologist with a passion for improving outcomes for people with complex personality disorders.
- You bring significant clinical expertise, robust leadership capability and a commitment to evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
- Registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and an Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology and/or Forensic Psychology.
