This is a highly visible role that combines category management, commercial strategy and project leadership.

You'll lead range reviews with key Petrol & Convenience retail partners including 7-Eleven, Ampol and BP , while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply to deliver initiatives that drive growth. From airport-exclusive Tim Tam gifting packs and travel retail opportunities through to convenience ranging strategies and food service innovation, you'll help shape the future of some of Australia's most iconic brands in channels beyond the traditional supermarket environment.

As a newly created role, this is a unique opportunity to influence both strategy and execution while helping define what success looks like for the channel.

You'll bring:

5+ years' experience in Category Management, Category Development, National Account Management or a related commercial FMCG role

Strong experience using shopper, scan and market data to identify opportunities and influence decisions

Advanced Excel, forecasting and commercial modelling capability

Leading customer-facing category reviews, planning days and Joint Business Planning activities

Although reporting into the Category & Marketing function, you will work as an integral member of the AFH Sales team, partnering closely with channel leads and actively participating in customer planning, commercial reviews, team meetings and growth initiatives.
