Key accountabilities:

- Lead day-to-day change activities for workstreams, including readiness, transition,
go-live, hyper care and embedment
- Build proactive relationships with leaders, subject matter expects and project teams, and facilitate workshops and engagement activities
- Track change risks, dependencies, readiness, adoption metrics and business outcomes, providing clear reporting and corrective recommendations
What will you bring?
- Experience in a similar Change Analyst or Organisational Change role working on complex enterprise programs in Superannuation or Financial Services
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with demonstrated experience producing executive-ready reports, presentations and change artefacts
- Strong analytical capabilities across change impact, stakeholder and readiness assessments with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of defined workstreams, manage priorities, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes with limited supervision
- Experience in working across cyber security, technology or operational resilience projects desirable
- Strong learning mindset with the ability to seek feedback, adapt approaches and continuously improve
