AHCSA is seeking a Manager, RTO Operations to provide strategic leadership and oversee governance, compliance, quality assurance and administration of the RTO. You will manage operations, risk, funding administration and reporting while upholding Aboriginal community values and cultural safety.

The role drives continuous improvement, leads a multidisciplinary team and partners with Clinical Education to ensure robust governance and reliable systems for high‑quality education delivery.
