New Quality, Compliance & Driver Relations Manager opportunity with a technology-led business operating a large delivery network across Australia.

The role works across support, operations and technology to identify issues, improve processes and help create a more consistent experience for drivers and customers.

We are now looking for a Quality, Compliance & Driver Relations Manager to help strengthen operational standards, driver relationships, training and compliance.
This chance would suit an Advisor, Coordinator, People Operations professional, Quality or L&D; specialist, Customer Support professional or early-career Manager looking to take on broader responsibility.
The role:
- You will work across Support, Operations, Service and Technology to identify recurring issues, understand their underlying causes and turn findings into practical improvements.
- You will analyse complaints, incidents, claims and operational data , looking for patterns and opportunities to improve processes, service standards and day-to-day operations.
- You will also support driver relations , helping ensure issues are handled fairly and consistently, while contributing to training, internal guidance and operational documentation.
- Another part of the role will involve supporting compliance and governance , helping teams understand requirements and keeping processes clear, practical and up to date.
- This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams and turning information into action.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience across HR, People Operations, operations, L&D;, quality,
customer support, compliance, complaints or a similar environment
- Strong judgement, communication and organisation , with confidence handling sensitive or complex matters
- Comfort working with data, identifying trends and getting to the root of problems
- A practical approach to process improvement , with strong follow-through
- Experience coordinating projects or initiatives across multiple teams
- The ability to turn policies and operational requirements into clear guidance, training or documentation
- A collaborative approach and comfort working in an environment where priorities can change
- Experience in logistics, transport, marketplaces or technology-enabled operations would be advantageous, but is not essential
