The Hornsby OPMHS unit is seeking a Mental Health Skilled to join the Older People’s Mental Health Service within NSW Health. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering care to older adults with complex mental health needs in home and community settings.

The role requires registration with APRHA (or eligibility for AASW) and demonstrated experience in mental health assessment, risk management, and care coordination.
