Perth CBD | Full time | 29 September 2026 – 23 July 2027
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistantto join a government agency based in Perth CBD on a temporary full-time basis. There is potential for the role to be extended.
This is a busy and varied position supporting senior staff and the wider division. You will need to be highly organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars, meetings, agendas and minute taking
- Providing high-level administrative and board support
- Coordinating Board, Executive, Ministerial and committee documentation
- Arranging travel, accommodation and associated expenses
- Preparing correspondence, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting events, workshops and other divisional activities
- Providing general administrative support as required
About you:
- Must have previous experience as an EA or in a similar senior administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Previous government or board support experience will be highly regarded
Contract:
29 September 2026 – 23 July 2027, with potential extension. Must have full working rights in WA without a 6-month visa restriction.
