Heart Health Check Quality & Training Lead

Part time Permanent - 30.4 hours per week

Reporting to: Manager, Heart Health Check

About you

You bring experience delivering health-related services and enjoy helping others learn, develop and perform at their best. You're confident working independently, but equally comfortable supporting and guiding colleagues in the field.

You're practical, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the ability to maintain high standards while working in dynamic environments. Most importantly, you're excited by the prospect to travel, meet new people, and play an important role in improving heart health outcomes across diverse communities.

The role

Reporting to the Manager, Heart Health Check, you'll lead the quality, training and compliance portfolio for our Heart Health Check program while remaining actively involved in delivering mobile Heart Health Checks across Sydney and interstate locations.

You'll be responsible for ensuring clinical and operational excellence across the program, developing and maintaining training resources, supporting team capability, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and helping to ensure every participant receives a safe, professional and consistent experience.

Regular interstate and overnight travel is a key part of this role, along with flexibility to support events across weekdays and occasional weekends.

What we will trust you with

- Delivering high-quality Heart Health Checks across a variety of community and workplace settings
- Training, onboarding and coaching team members to build capability and confidence
- Developing and maintaining training materials, guides and operational resources
- Identifying quality, compliance and clinical risks and driving effective solutions




- Supporting consistent delivery of clinical protocols, testing procedures and participant care
- Monitoring equipment performance, quality controls and testing readiness
- Acting as a trusted point of support for clinical and operational queries from the team
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives based on field experience and participant feedback

Does this sound like you?

- Experience delivering health screening, health promotion or other health-related services
- A background in healthcare, nursing, allied health, pathology, health science or a related field would be highly regarded
- Experience training, mentoring, coaching or supporting the development of others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Highly organised, reliable and capable of working autonomously in varied environments
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, particularly when working in the field
- Flexible and willing to travel regularly, including interstate and overnight trips
