In this key role, you’ll be responsible for effectively managing home liability claims and high-value recoveries while delivering exceptional service to our members.This role is available on an initial 12month Contract/Secondment with potential for permanency.**About the Role*** Manage a portfolio of complex liability and recovery claims with a proactive and member-focused approach.* Handle reinsurance activities, including daily management, monitoring, and notifications.* Build and maintain productive relationships with legal advisors, solicitors, and service providers.* Provide guidance and support to Home Claims Specialists, Home Assessors, and Team Leaders.* Identify opportunities for process improvement to maximise claim recoveries.* Ensure compliance with claims guidelines, service standards,
