YourNewRole

AsaChangeAnalyst/Associate,youwillworkdirectlywithourclientsacrossallareasofChangeManagementtodeliverhighqualityoutcomes.Asthisisajuniorrole,youwillworkcloselywithmoreseniorteammembersonclientengagements.Eachengagementisdifferent,buttypicalresponsibilitiesofaChangeAnalyst/Associateinclude:

- Analysingaclient'sbusinessparticularlywherethereisapotentialimpactfromchange
- Meetingandpresentingtostakeholdersincludingpreparingbusinessdocumentsandslides
- Proposingappropriatetacticstomanageorganisationalchangesforaprojectinawaythatleadstothedesiredoutcomes
- Executingonplans,scheduling,reportingonprogress,raisingrisksandissues,maintainingeffectiverelationships,andbeingasupportiveprojectteammember
