Join a growing family-owned allied health provider in South-West Sydney that is expanding its multidisciplinary team ahead of the opening of a brand-new 350sqm clinic.

You'll have an existing referral pipeline, a gradually built caseload and flexibility around how you structure your working week.

Why join?

- $85,000 – $110,000 + Super, depending on experience
- Manageable 25 billable hours per week / 5 per day
- 40% bonus for additional billables above your KPI
- Half-day every Friday
- Flexible start and finish times
- Weekly Supervision
- Gradual caseload build
- Existing referrals ready to be allocated
- $20 payment for every community visit requiring travel
- Combination of clinic and community work
- Structured three-day induction
- Opportunity to grow with a multidisciplinary service
- Brand-new clinic opening within the next few months

Your caseload: The organisation supports both paediatric and adult clients,

with the broader therapy caseload currently weighted towards paediatrics .

Rather than giving every Speech Pathologist the same type of clients, the Directors will discuss:

- The age groups you enjoy working with
- Your existing experience
- Areas you'd like to develop
- Your preferred balance between paediatric and adult work

Your caseload can then be developed around this wherever referrals allow.
There is already a strong network of Support Coordinators referring into the business, meaning you won't be expected to build a caseload from scratch.

A brand-new clinic: The organisation will be opening a 350sqm multidisciplinary clinic in South-West Sydney .

The clinic will include:

- 10 consulting rooms
- OT sensory gym
- Dedicated allied health spaces
- Physiotherapy area
- Shared team workspace
- Speech Pathology, OT and Behaviour Support clinicians

The goal is to grow the clinic to approximately 6–8 allied health professionals, giving you the opportunity to join at an early stage and progress with the team.

Manageable billables: The standard expectation is 25 billable hours per week For clinicians who want to earn more, billables completed above KPI attract a 40% bonus . There are also opportunities for salary reviews where performance is consistently maintained over an extended period.

Community work that actually pays. Community appointments are organised geographically wherever possible to reduce unnecessary travel. Rather than simply paying a kilometre allowance, you'll receive $20 for every community visit requiring travel . That means three community appointments can provide an additional $60, even where the clients are only located a short distance apart.

Flexible working: Family-friendly flexibility is genuinely part of the role. The Directors are happy to discuss earlier starts, later starts and different diary structures depending on what works for you and your clients.

Your first few weeks: You'll complete a structured three-day induction covering the organisation's systems, documentation, client intake processes and service expectations.

Your caseload will then increase gradually rather than expecting you to immediately manage a completely full diary.

The aim is to give you time to understand the organisation, ask questions and become comfortable before increasing your workload.

Who are they looking for? You'll likely suit this opportunity if you:

- Have post-graduate Speech Pathology experience
- Enjoy working with paediatric and/or adult disability clients
- Are comfortable managing your own caseload
- Want autonomy while still having supervision available
- Value flexibility and family-friendly working conditions
- Enjoy multidisciplinary environments
- Want realistic billable expectations
- Would like the ability to earn more through performance incentives
- Want to join an organisation with genuine plans for growth
