The position requires the employee to undertake activities for which they have the legal authority and competence to perform.
Key responsibilities
- The person performing the delegated activity is accountable for his or her own actions and to the General Practitioner (GP) and Registered Nurse (RN).
- The position holder will work within Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network (the Network) and Ministry of Health policies, procedures and guidelines as well as Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) & Juvenile Justice rules and regulations as set out in the relevant legislation.
- Supervision means the direction and guidance given by a RN to an Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
