This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the holistic wellbeing and mental health support for students within our school community.

Key responsibilities

- Contribute to whole-school wellbeing, mental health and inclusion initiatives and events.
- Support activities that promote connection, belonging and positive mental health.
- Provide guidance and work in collaboration with the Auburn High School Student Leadership Team in developing wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
- Contribute to transition and orientation programs, including Year 7 Orientation and other key transition points.

What you need

- The role works collaboratively with the Assistant Principal (7¿9), Leading Teacher: Wellbeing & Inclusion, Wellbeing Coordinator,



Engagement Team and other relevant staff to provide counselling, wellbeing and professional student support services within established school policies, procedures and professional practice standards.
- The role provides assessment, counselling, case management, referral, targeted small-group interventions and wellbeing support to students within defined skilled and organisational parameters.
- Reports directly to the Wellbeing Corodinator and Assistant Principal(7-9): Wellbeing & Inclusion.
