- Demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships with Aboriginal women, families and local communities, using cultural knowledge, lived experience and community connections to promote culturally secure maternal healthcare and improved engagement with services.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with Aboriginal families, multidisciplinary healthcare teams, community organisations and external stakeholders to support coordinated, respectful and culturally responsive service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and respond to the cultural, social and welfare needs of Aboriginal families, providing advocacy, practical support and service navigation that enables access to appropriate health and community services throughout pregnancy, birth and early parenting.
