Key responsibilities
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support patient care, discharge planning, and coordination of referrals to community supports, accommodation, and placement services.
- Contribute to clinical operations including documentation, handovers, statistical reporting, clinical cover, on-call duties, and resource development.
- Engage in professional development activities including supervision, education, research, student training, quality improvement, and mandatory training compliance

What you need
- Hold a degree in Social Work and be eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), with demonstrated clinical experience in a tertiary hospital or health-related setting.
- Understanding of and practical experience in crisis intervention, short-term solution-focused approaches, and grief and loss support.
