This role supports the Department's financial reporting and compliance obligations through the delivery of accurate financial information, analysis and advice.
Key responsibilities
- You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure financial transactions are processed accurately, and reporting requirements are met within prescribed timeframes.
- This role is based at 246 Vincent St, Leederville.
- Assist with taxation compliance, including preparation of Business Activity Statement (BAS) and Fringe Perks Tax (FBT) returns.
- Assists with month-end activities including preparing accrual journals, financial adjustments, payroll journals and general ledger reconciliations.
