As a Senior Educator – Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room while supporting a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform and continuously improve teaching practices.





You’ll play an important role in creating a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where every child can learn, grow and thrive.

You’ll need

Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current QLD Working with Children Check

Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
