About Us: OROSI Architecture is seeking a full time Architectural Draftsperson to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for buildings and structures.
- Preparing detailed architectural drawings, technical detailing and specifications for multi-residential buildings and structures
- Translating architects' concepts and designs into accurate technical documentation
- Assisting in the preparation and coordination of project documentation for statutory approvals
- Producing models and visual representations of designs using CAD software
- Conducting site inspections and assisting with project documentation
- Liaising with architects, engineers,



consultants and clients to ensure smooth project progression
- Ensuring compliance with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and relevant council requirements

Skills and Experience Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in architectural drafting or a related field.
- Relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or similar (e.g., Certificate IV in Building Design, Diploma in Architectural Technology).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
