We're looking for a proactive and adaptable Marketing & Growth Advisor to join our growing team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on ownership, and can confidently manage multiple priorities. The role combines end-to-end bid management, school partnership support, contract lifecycle coordination, and marketing and communications activities that contribute to the growth and brand presence of our organisation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing & Growth Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting organisational growth through the management of tenders, proposals and school partnerships. A key focus of the role is leading the end-to-end bid management process, coordinating submissions from opportunity identification through to submission, contract transition and post-submission review. You'll also support the lifecycle of existing school partnerships while contributing to marketing, brand and communications initiatives across the business.

- Managing end-to-end bids, tenders and proposals to support business growth.
- Supporting the lifecycle of school partnerships, including renewals and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintaining contract, compliance and tender documentation.
- Delivering marketing,



brand and communication activities across the business.
- Working closely with leaders to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities.

About You

You're a resourceful self-starter who enjoys working across multiple priorities and can confidently build relationships with a range of stakeholders. You bring strong written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to getting things done.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Current Child Safety Training, or the ability to complete this during onboarding.
- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end bid, tender, proposal or grant submission processes.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Experience in marketing, communications, business development, partnership management or a similar field.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, with Canva experience highly regarded.
- Confidence using AI tools responsibly and ethically to enhance productivity and outcomes.
