What you need

- Demonstrated ability to establish, maintain and strengthen effective partnerships with Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs), Aboriginal communities, community leaders, schools, youth services, health services and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with communities and stakeholders to develop, implement and evaluate health promotion initiatives, including behaviour change strategies and activities aimed at improving access to health services.
- Current C Class Driver's Licence.
