Are you a soon-to-be or recently graduated Occupational Therapist ready to start your career in a supportive rural health setting?
Join our Allied Health Graduate Program and gain broad clinical experience across inpatient care, residential aged care and outpatient community services — with the supervision, mentoring and professional development you need to build your skills and confidence.

About the role
As part of our collaborative multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide safe, person-centred occupational therapy while developing your clinical skills across a diverse caseload.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Complete occupational therapy assessments and provide evidence-based interventions
- Develop your caseload management skills with supervision and support
- Work with clients with a range of health needs, including complex and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated care
- Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation
What you’ll bring
- A recognised occupational therapy qualification and current or pending AHPRA registration
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
- A positive, flexible and collaborative approach
- An interest in rural healthcare and working across diverse clinical settings
