Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager in Brisbane to join a well-supported portfolio. You’ll manage approximately 150 properties end-to-end with APM and dedicated Leasing support to keep things running smoothly.
In this role you will build landlord and tenant relationships, oversee maintenance, inspections, arrears and renewals, and liaise with owners and contractors. The ideal candidate holds a current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate and excels in communication.
