Viktoria & Woods

City of Stirling

Viktoria & Woods is an Australian brand known for creating modern, timeless and effortless designs that transcend seasons and generations.

Established in 2004, we are committed to responsible sourcing and using high-quality fabrics and workmanship across every design.

About the role

We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our Karrinyup Boutique. Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the store, leading, motivating and developing your team to maintain a high-performing, customer-centric environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities Include:

Sales & Client Experience
You'll set the tone for the boutique – devising the strategy and action plan that drives sales, deepens client relationships and grows a considered CRM and VIP program. You'll live in the detail of daily performance, reading conversion, ATV and UPT to spot trends and act on them before they become problems. Most importantly, you'll lead from the floor: present, engaged and setting the standard for a selling ceremony, follow up and client treatment that feels genuinely personal, not procedural. Your team should leave every interaction knowing exactly what elevated service looks like, because they've watched you do it.

Developing Your Team
Great boutiques are built on great people, and you'll treat that as a craft in itself. You'll bring current team members in with care and set them up to thrive from day one, then keep investing – coaching, giving real-time feedback, and running annual reviews that actually move the needle on performance. When someone needs extra support,

you'll organise it proactively with your Cluster Manager, and when performance conversations are needed, you'll have them early, fairly and with P&C; alongside you.

Culture
You are the culture of your boutique. You'll build a team that collaborates rather than competes, where inclusivity and mutual respect are simply how things are done, and where every person feels part of something bigger than their own sales number. You'll raise culture concerns with P&C; early, and you'll model the brand's values in a way your team can see and feel, not just hear about.

Boutique Operations
Behind the elevated experience sits sharp operational discipline. You'll manage rostering, stock and inventory, and ensure the boutique's presentation and visual merchandising meet our luxury standard without exception – every promotional change, every reset, done with precision. You'll manage stocktakes and stock loss with rigour, partner with your Cluster Manager on staffing and interviews, and make sure maintenance issues never linger. Rosters are accurate and shifts approved daily, because a well-run floor starts with well-run basics — and your boutique meets or exceeds every WHS and compliance requirement as a matter of course.

Compliance
You'll stay current on V&W;'s policies, procedures and standards,

and partner with your Cluster Manager and P&C; on any matters that arise — protecting the integrity of the brand and the team alike.
