The Salvation Army Employment Plus is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our national Quality team. Based at Territory Headquarters in Blackburn, this hybrid role focuses on audits, assurance, and continuous improvement across Australia's Employment Services network.

You will coach staff, support audit readiness, analyze data for risks and trends, and help develop policies. Employment Services experience and knowledge of Workforce Australia are essential; leadership or training is an advantage.
