Justice and Equity Centre (JEC) has partnered with Makinson d’Apice to offer a 24-month secondment for an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander lawyer to undertake casework, strategic litigation and law reform at the JEC.

The First Nations Graduate Solicitor will work with the JEC’s Homeless Persons’ Legal Service (HPLS) and Strategic Litigation team, providing legal assistance in criminal and civil law, and contributing to policy work, submissions and advocacy strategies to address barriers to
