We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinic or business manager to join our busy Maitland clinic as Clinic Manager. About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role with room to make your mark. You'll be trusted to run the clinic with the care, initiative and business mindset you would bring to your own, backed by Body Catalyst's brand, systems and support office.

You'll lead and develop your team, build strong client relationships and drive clinic performance, while managing day-to-day operations, rostering and costs. Alongside these responsibilities, you'll conduct consultations and perform treatments, staying connected to the clients at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, support and develop a team of 2-3 employees.
- Drive clinic revenue, sales, consultations, bookings and lead follow-up.
- Take ownership of clinic KPIs, wages,



expenses and P&L; performance.
- Create rosters based on clinic demand and business needs.
- Train, mentor and support team members into senior positions.
- Ensure treatments and client care are delivered to Body Catalyst standards.
- Maintain a professional, clean and high-performing clinic environment.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with confidence.
- Support local marketing, content creation and growth opportunities.
- Make decisions with a commercial, growth-focused owner's mindset.

About You

- Has clinic management or business management experience.
- Has a genuine passion for beauty, wellness, aesthetics or client transformation.
- Has experience performing body or skin treatments.
- Confidence working independently and taking responsibility for sales, costs, rostering and team performance.
- Loves leading, mentoring and developing people.
- Is proactive, accountable and motivated by opportunity.
- Wants to grow a clinic, not just manage one.
- Is available to work Saturdays and late nights as required.
