About The Role
Want a career where you can work outdoors, operate machinery and help build infrastructure that your community uses every day? Join Indigo Shire's Operations Team and gain hands‑on experience maintaining roads, parks and public spaces while developing practical construction and leadership skills.

About You
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (or higher) and/or substantial relevant industry experience.
- Experience reading construction plans, operating civil plant and heavy vehicles, and delivering road and infrastructure projects to a high standard.
- Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate and guide a small team when required.
- Safety‑focused, adaptable and organised, with relevant licences and tickets including a White Card, Traffic Control, First Aid, and machinery operating qualifications.
