We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our Early Childhood teams.

Variety beyond a traditional caseload.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of Early Childhood programs:

- Preschool Boost – supporting communication, participation and school readiness alongside early learning services.
- Thriving Kids – providing early therapeutic supports to help children without a current NDIS plan participate and thrive in everyday environments
- ENVISAGE – building parent and caregiver confidence, knowledge and capability through a strengths-based approach.
- Kids Hub – working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where families can access coordinated support.

This means your role can extend beyond traditional one-on-one therapy or exploring funding pathways, giving you opportunities to apply your SP expertise across different programs, environments and stages of early development.

Job Description

Work alongside Occupational Therapists, Developmental Educators, Educators, Physiotherapists and other experienced professionals through joint assessments, collaborative planning, integrated therapy and shared problem-solving.

You’ll have the autonomy to apply your clinical judgement, supported by supervision, mentoring, professional development and a team committed to learning together.

Whether you're an experienced SP or early in your career, you'll be supported to develop your skills and explore your clinical interests.

Desired Skills and Experience

What you’ll bring

- Recognised Speech Pathology qualification and current SPA membership or eligibility.
- Experience working with children, ideally in Early Childhood, paediatrics or the NDIS.
- Strong clinical judgement and a commitment to evidence-informed practice.
- Confidence working with families and transdisciplinary teams.
- A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and families.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
