This position is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of IT systems and infrastructure through troubleshooting hardware and software issues, contributing to IT projects, and delivering a high standard of customer service across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Systems Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the organisation's technology workplace by providing timely technical assistance and support to end users.
What you need
- Candidates with demonstrated experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams will be highly regarded.
