Team Leader - Internal Sales and Showroom Representative

We are a well-established Brisbane based re-seller of Dowell windows and doors, Breezway Louvres and manufacture fly and security screens in house. We pride ourselves on our product knowledge and superior customer service. We quote over the phone, via online/E-mail enquiries and in our onsite Showroom!

An opportunity has arisen for a customer service focused and Sales extraordinaire to join our close knit team to help, support and drive our internal Sales Team whilst working closely alongside our Office and General Manager.

Key duties of this diverse position include:

- Customer service - attending to enquiries and first point of contact for showroom quotes and sales
- Guide day to day operations – guide daily workflow of Sales team and encourage supportive and high- morale team workplace
- Quoting – from phone, e-mail, and showroom enquiries as well as plan take offs
- Product Knowledge – product specifications and technical advice on installation methods
- Administrative - Preparing invoices and job related documentation
- Ordering from and liaising with suppliers




- Handling goods inwards products & assisting with customer collects

We require the successful applicant to have relevant experience, ideally within the building products industry. You will have previous experience in Sales, meeting sales targets and driving a team to do their best and feel supported. Extensive product training will be provided.

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound computer skills
- The ability to prioritise work, manage deadlines, exercise initiative and multi-task
- A passion for customer service, be self-motivated and be committed to being a team player
- Foresight, problem solving skills and attention to detail
