The Opportunity

Join the Raising Children Network (RCN) team at Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI) and help deliver trusted, evidence-based information to Australian families. This role contributes to translating and synthesising research into engaging, parent-friendly content for raisingchildren.net.au while working closely with researchers, health professionals and content experts to ensure information remains current, accurate and accessible. You’ll also have the prospect to build relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to a high-profile, award-winning resource that supports parents and families to make informed decisions about their children’s health, development and wellbeing.

Role Type: 12-month full time contract

Salary: $88,749 p.a plus superannuation

What You’ll Do

- Work with subject matter experts to review and update website content in line with current research evidence
- Support content currency processes and ensure content meets RCN protocols and style guides
- Support initiatives that promote raisingchildren.net.au across professional and partner networks
- Assist with funding submissions, reports and key project documentation

What You’ll Bring

- Degree/Honours qualification in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, public health)
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in plain language
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent time management, organisational and analytical problem-solving skills
- Previous experience using a content management system considered an advantage
